Room to move, perhaps bespoke flooring, extra windows for more natural light or perhaps extra sound proofing for those early stage musical lessons! OK, lets be honest, for the accomplished musicians too!

Ideally located away from the general buzz of the house, here you can focus your energies on building, trimming or healing your body and mind. Bespoke flooring, large mirrors, surround sound or your own juice bar with fridge and cold water dispenser.

    ENGINEERS, WOODWORKERS, COTTAGE INDUSTRIES
    Any kind of workshop can be designed and created to suit any level of hobby or business. We can line it with easy to clean food standard White walls, or install workbenches, extra sockets for machinery, and flooring that will suit waste material and spills.

    GROUND SCREW FOUNDATIONS

    Super quick installation, typically one day! Immediately loadable. Environmentally friendly. No digging. No skips. No concrete. Easily removed.

    MAIN MATERIALS - SIPS

    Built from SIPS (Structural Insulated Panels), the most advanced building materials available, your Hideaway’s carcass can be erected in a day.

    INSULATION

    SIPS can gain up to 40% greater thermal efficiency over a standard insulated stud-walled building. Various thicknesses available for added heat/cold and sound insulation.

    STANDARD FINISHINGS

    Include 4 or 6 LED down lights inside, 4 double power sockets, up to 3 down lights outside, plasterboard throughout, skimmed and painted, extra 22mm chipboard floor.

    OPTIONS

    Heating (infrared or skirting board), Flooring, shelving/cupboards, additional in/external lighting or sockets, TV’s, plumbing, toilet, kitchen or additional windows.

    2 WEEK TIMEFRAME

    Once materials are onsite our standard Hideaway 15 unit could be completed within 2 weeks!. Subject to weather, optional extras and Force Majeure.
